These vinyasa flow classes are crafted to bring out the themes of each monthly new and full moons with a guided moon meditation and a ritual. Weather permitting we can go outside and do some howling.
Each session will be 45 minutes yoga themed around the moon, a guided moon meditation and a ritual by Sarah Rush Yoga.

Hampshire Open Studios 2025 - Keepers Artist Collective
The Keepers Artist Collective will be displaying work in a variety of medias as part of Hampshire Open Studios. The eight member artists will also be joined by a number of guest artists. On display and for sale will be various art pieces including cards, crafts, paintings, moving image, willow work, jewelery and ceramics.

An energising hour of yoga with Kat Hutchings, suitable for anyone wanting to move their body and greet the day!
An hour of vinyasa style yoga, taught by a friendly and experienced teacher. The class is suitable for beginners and I always try to make sure there is a version of each pose to suit everyone.
Instructions
Wear comfy clothes you can stretch in and bring a drink and a yoga mat. If you do not have a mat, please let me know at least 24 hours before the class and I will bring a spare!
