This immersive SOUND BATH EXPERIENCE is a gentle, guided journey into deep relaxation and rest.
Curl up into a nest of blankets, cosy, comfortable with mood lighting as waves of vibration and frequency from crystal singing bowls, gongs and other sound healing instruments, are woven throughout the unique Design Chapel sounds themed space. You may experience:

Suitable for complete beginners of all abilities and ages. All equipment is provided but if you would like to bring your own additional mats/blankets/pillows you are more than welcome. We recommend wearing warm, comfortable layers including socks.

After teaching for nearly 10 years, my practice and teachings have evolved with me. Once a lover of acrobatic and advanced physical asana, over the years I have come to cherish the softness, stillness, peace and quiet that yoga offers us. Yoga can be a profoundly healing practice, it has transformed my life in every way imaginable through meditation, mindfulness and sound healing, and this is what I strive to bring to my students - A safe space to feel, process, relax and simply be.
My mindful teachings focus not only on the philosophy of yoga and science of sound healing, but how we can use and apply it in a relatable way to our modern, daily lives. I teach an awareness of emotional intelligence, and take my students on a journey of self awareness, self discovery and self healing. Every event is an indulgent, authentic and luxury experience, igniting the senses and allowing my students to fully immerse in the beauty of the practice.
